It's interesting to look back and see how many things in my past have prepared me for a career in real estate.
My college backround is in Art and Education. Real Estate allows me the opportunity to use teaching and research skills to help people get the information they need to make important decisions. My art experience has taught me to keep an eye on the details that make a transaction go smoothly. Skills learned from owning my own business have sharpened my marketing and negotiating talents.
I believe that my enthusiasm and attention to detail sets me apart from other realtors. I don't try to manage a big team. I want personal contact with you . So, I limit my clients to guarantee I'll exceed their expections.
Buying my first home was so exciting for me and I took it very seriously. Every time I work with a buyer, I feel their anticipation in purchasing a new home. When I work with sellers, I feel the pride they have when showing their home to prospective buyers. They feel a sense of accomplishment in having made their house a home.
I am aware that buyers and sellers are making life decisions that are extremely important to them. My job is to make certain that my clients have all the information and follow thru they need to turn their goals into a reality.
Providing exceptional service as a realtor is not my only goal in life. I have a beautiful daughter who is my pride and joy. We both share a passion for horses and spend our free time riding in the Bosque on our own, or trotting along to Village Pizza in Corrales with friends. An hour on my horse is like a weeks vacation. I also enjoy watercolor, pastels, and photography. The light in New Mexico is like no other. I hope I never stop doing new things. I never know where they will lead me.
As a realtor, I pledge to always work in my clients best interest. I'd be honored to be chosen to represent you for a decision as important as selling or buying a home.
